Honour a departed loved one

Give in Memory:

Memorial gifts honour a departed loved one or friend while also supporting the work of the hospital. Memorial gifts are accepted at funeral homes throughout Grey Bruce, online, or at the Foundation office. You may also print and send us this form.

At your request, a card is promptly sent to the family of the deceased to inform them of your kindness. The amount of your gift is not mentioned.

When donations total more than $1,000 a marker is placed on the Wall of Remembrance in the Hospital Lobby. When more than $5,000 is received, the loved one is memorialized with a large marker.

Pay Tribute / Celebrate a Special Occasion:

Honour a special person in your life, or acknowledge the care you received from staff at the Owen Sound Regional Hospital through a special gift.

Tribute gifts can also be a wonderful, practical way to celebrate births and birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, retirements and other special occasions.

You will receive a charitable receipt for your donation and a personalized card will be sent to the person or group you honour to let them know about your thoughtfulness. The amount of your gift is not mentioned.
